Flaming Telepaths

word. I forgot to blog last night, but I suppose I can do it now. Well, yesterday was nice. Got up at 7, and was like blah, forget this, so I went back to bed and slept until like 10:30. :) Just kinda chilled for most of the morning and early afternoon. Cleaned my room a little, made lunch, talked to my mom for 45 minutes on the phone, did some quiet time. Good stuff. After some debating, Liz and I decided to go for a drive on the Blue Ridge Parkway and left around 3:30 for that. It was quite interesting. It was cloudy out, but I was hoping the furthur north we got that it was clear up and be nice. Nope. Instead, the higher we got, the more into the fog and low-lying clouds we got. It was ridiculous...at some points the fog was so thick, I couldn't see more than 20 feet in front of me and that's a generous estimate. I guess that made it more adventurous though. It was really pretty in some parts. Near the end of the trip, it did clear out pretty nicely and we got to check out some nice overlooks which were very pretty. :) So, it was a fun trip and good time with her. We got back to her house at 8 and then had dinner with her parents and they made me a birthday cake which was so nice of them. :D Then I chilled there for a little bit and read some poetry while Liz practiced piano. Got home around 11:30 and was in bed before midnight. :)
