Best Day Ever

Oh man, oh man, oh man. What a day. Where to begin.... :H :H :H :H :H Okay, well, got up a little after 8 and spent some time emailing people about stuff. I emailed the guys back at NSWC about possible roomates for the spring taking over my needed 2 spots in my house. Kary Cary emailed me back and said he's probably interesting in taking both rooms for the spring, so this is awesome! It's not official yet, but I'm so excited about that possibility. :) So there was that, then I went to OS class at 10:10 and learned some stuff. Then went to Squires to have lunch and had a really nice quiet time in Isaiah and just really got right with God in prayer and slowed down my mind a little. It was excellent. Then off to Stats class. Essentially all we did was turn in our homework and leave, so that was great to get out early. Plus, BOTH Stats and OS are cancelled Friday, so I get to start Thanksgiving a day early! yayyy!! :D So, came back here and got ready for my interview and stuff. Looked all spiffy and got over to Phoenix Integration at 2. I was so nervous at first it was ridiculous. But, once I got talking it was great. The interview was just awesome. I got to talk with two guys and just chat and then even got to chat with the president of the company a little two. I was there for about an hour and 45 minutes, so I guess that's a good sign. It just went really well and I'm totally excited about my chances of working there. God is good! :) So after that, raced back to campus in time for Italian class at 4. It was pretty fun, we just watched a movie today which was rather funny. After class, I talked with Brian whom I was thinking of asking to room with me in Europe and he actually asked me first, so that was just an awesome and direct answer to prayer. :):) He seems like a great guy and I chatted with him tonight on IM and he has a Bible verse in his profile!! woohoo!! I can't believe it, I'm so excited to have another believer on the trip, plus I'm rooming with him. :D :D :D Man, so that was awesome, then Steve C. was trying to get ahold of me, so I called him back and he was like, "hey man, I've been doing some thinking and I really want to talk to you about your faith and God and stuff" I was like, dude, you HAVE to be kidding me! I've been wanting to talk to him for so long about that stuff but have been afraid to, and now God placed it on his heart to ask me! I was so excited but a little nervous too because I've never done it before. So, he came over at 7:45 and I made him pancakes, eggs and sausage for dinner and we chatted about things a little and then after dinner we went downstairs for the good stuff. We just sat there for about an hour and a half and just talked all about God, religion, faith, heaven and hell and all sorts of awesome things. He was full of questions about stuff and God was so good to me because I was able to think of good things to say. I've never talked with somebody about my faith like that before and I've gotta say, it's definitley one of the coolest things I've ever done in my life. :H :H :H I'm just so charged with God right now, its ridiculous. I've never felt more awake and more excited than I do right now. I've been pacing in my room for about an hour now just so excited about everything. God is so real and so awesome!! It was just so awesome talking to Steve about everything. And he seemed really interested about what I had to say and I can't wait to talk to him some more about it. I really hope that I can be a good source for him and lead him to Christ. That would make my semester, no question. :D :D :D :D No chance I'll be able to sleep anytime soon. Oh well, that's okay, God is good!! :H
